ok cheers, i will change my coding so that if it errors during download I dont automatically copy the new epg file into sage. Its something I should have done a while ago anyway but didn't get round to.
Its nearly the weekend so hopefully it will keep me out of the pub and out of trouble!

Error downloading listings: Cannot start string search from
Hi Alan, I've seen this error mensioned previously in the threads but I keep getting it with various channels. It started with E4, then Sky Two and now ITV4. I've tried deleting the cache (ITV4 worked before I deleted it but Sky Two didn't), and also unticking the cache, but that didn't work either....
